Terms of Service and API Usage Agreement

Last Updated: September 2026

Welcome to One (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our B2B Omnichannel Media Management SaaS, you (“User”, “Agency”, “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Description of Service

“One” is an enterprise software solution designed for Media Agencies and Advertisers to centralize media planning, budget allocation, automated campaign trafficking, and performance reporting across multiple third-party advertising networks (including but not limited to TikTok, Google, Meta, and DV360).

2. Third-Party API Integrations & OAuth

Data obtained through

To provide our core trafficking and reporting functionalities, the Platform requires access to your third-party advertising accounts via official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

Authentication: Access is granted strictly through secure OAuth 2.0 protocols or official System User Tokens. We do not ask for, nor do we store, your personal passwords for these third-party networks.
Delegated Authority: By authorizing our application, you grant “One” the permission to read reporting data, manage audiences, and create or modify advertising campaigns on your behalf, strictly according to the parameters you configure within our Platform.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We take the security of your advertising data and API tokens seriously.

Token Storage: All OAuth Refresh Tokens, Access Tokens, and Developer Keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption within our secure cloud infrastructure.
Data Usage: Data fetched from third-party APIs (such as campaign performance, spend, and audience metrics) is used exclusively to populate your private dashboards and optimize your campaigns. We do not sell, share, or syndicate your advertising data to external data brokers or third parties.
Data Retention: API credentials and fetched advertising data are retained only as long as your account is active. Upon account termination or manual disconnection of a third-party integration, all associated OAuth tokens and synced data are permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with the internal advertising policies of the integrated third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok Advertising Policies, Google Ads Policies). “One” is merely a conduit for trafficking; users are solely responsible for the legality, compliance, and content of the ads and audiences they push through our Platform.

5. Revocation of Access

You maintain full control over your data. You may revoke “One’s” access to your third-party advertising accounts at any time by navigating to your business settings within the respective third-party platform (e.g., TikTok Business Center, Google Account Settings) and removing our application’s permissions.
